Anthony Barton

Mr Barton has been involved in founding and growing a number of successful listed public companies. Mr Barton has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, funds management and venture capital. Mr Barton has had advisory roles in the incorporation and listing of many Australian based resource companies.
Mr Barton is the founding Executive Chairman of the boutique investment bank Australian Heritage Group. Mr Barton is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree and he has 32 years of commercial experience having also acted in senior executive and director capacities for two leading Australian stockbroking firms. Mr Barton is a Non-Executive Director of the ASX listed Phylogica Ltd and NiPlats Australia Ltd.
Dominic Byrne

Mr Byrne has been in the mineral exploration industry since 1956 with various hard rock and oil and gas exploration companies, He was the Exploration Manager for junior listed explorers Spargos Exploration Ltd and Westralian Nickel Ltd.
Mr Byrne was the first Executive Officer of the Northern Territory Chamber of Mines (now the Minerals Council), and was principal of N. Byrne and Associates Pty Ltd, a successful Northern Territory exploration and mining tenement management business. Mr Byrne was also a co-founder and Managing Director of Giants Reef Mining Limited.
Mr Byrne is currently a director of Territory Oil and Gas Pty Limited and N. Byrne and Associates Pty Ltd and was previously a director of Territory Uranium Limited, Territory Minerals Pty Limited, and Territory Nickel Pty Limited.
Richard Wolanski

Mr Wolanski has extensive professional experience in both Australian and international finance industries. He has provided corporate, strategic and financial advisory assistance to public companies in Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
In recent years Mr Wolanski has been involved with the executive day to day management, financial oversight and company secretarial responsibilities of a number of Australian based mining exploration companies.
Mr Wolanski is a Chartered Accountant and his qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
Mr Wolanski is a Director of ASX listed NiPlats Australia Ltd and was previously an Executive Chairman of Maverick Energy Ltd.
Gavin Carpenter

Mr Carpenter was born in Whyalla in the copper triangle and educated in Kadina South Australia. His early working career was with the ANZ bank during which time he was transferred to Alice Springs.
Mr Carpenter entered into a successful partnership which owned and managed the Timber Creek and Dunmarra Wayside Inns and then the newsagency in Tennant Creek, where he participated in many community projects and was Deputy Mayor for 5 years.
Mr Carpenter was awarded the OAM in 2000 for services to Regional Development in the Barkly region and is a Justice of the Peace.
Greg MacMillan

Greg MacMillan has wide ranging corporate, financial, capital markets and commercial experience over the last 30 years. Mr MacMillan has held the positions of director, company secretary, chief financial officer, and corporate finance executive in numerous companies across the finance, mining and commercial sectors. Mr MacMillan holds a Bachelor of Business degree, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Chartered Company Secretary
